SAN ANTONIO - A retired principal has been sentenced to probation after being charged with exposing himself to an undercover officer at a San Antonio park.
The San Antonio Express-News reports that 65-year-old Kenneth Elton Whiteker pleaded no contest to indecent exposure on Thursday and was ordered to serve one year of deferred adjudication, a form of probation.
Whiteker had been retired from the Pleasanton Independent School District for four years when he was swept up in the August 2011 police sting at the park.
Officials with the school district had said after his arrest that no complaints had ever been filed against Whiteker, who had been a principal at a junior high and a high school.
Pleasanton is located about 35 miles south of San Antonio.
