CORPUS CHRISTI - Police say a crash on Everhart and Yorktown around 9:30 Wednesday night, was caused by a drunk driver.
Authorities say the 24 year old driver of a blue Oldsmobile was speeding down Everhart when he ran a stop sign and collided with another vehicle turning on to Everhart.
Both drivers were taken to the hospital.
Police say the driver of the Oldsmobile had serious injuries.
Once released from the hospital police say he will be charged with 3rd degree felony DWI because he already has three or more DWI convictions.
He will also be ticketed for driving with a suspended license.
