Refugio County Commissioners to Vote on Multi-Purpose Dome Proposal Today

REFUGIO- Refugio County Commissioners will vote on a proposal made by County Judge Rene Mascorro to build a multi purpose dome on land signed over by the school district.

The dome will house a basketball court and be used for school needs, but, when there is a natural disaster, the school will allow the county to use the dome as an emergency shelter. the plan also inculdes artificial turf which will bein installed at bobcat stadium.

The meeting is set for 2-o'clock today at the Refugio County Courthouse.
