Rape Suspects Back in Fast Track Court

INDIA -- Five of the six suspects accused in the rape and death of an Indian medical student once again appeared in a fast track court today.
The sixth suspect is being tried as a minor.
Prosecutors presented the bus used in the alleged attack to the court as evidence this morning.
The men are accused of stealing the bus and using it to pick up the college student.
Indian authorities filed murder charges against the men after the 23-year-old victim died from massive internal injuries.
Prosecutors say they plan to push for the death penalty in the case.
