CORPUS CHRISTI - Homeowners in a southside Corpus Christi neighborhood say heavy flooding on their street left people stranded, unless they had large 4-wheel drive trucks.
They're worried work underway by the City of Corpus Christi is to blame for the flooding and want something done about it as we head towards a wetter time of year.
Cell phone video sent in by one homeowner shows a neighbor using their large truck to tow a friend on a raft through the deep waters.
Tonight on KRIS 6 News, Elizabeth Hughes talks with homeowners and city officials about the situation on Gentle Wind Avenue.
