CORPUS CHRISTI - The Corpus Christi Police Department is holding a public meeting later today to assess it's cleanup of the neighborhood around City Hall.

Recently police have raided known drug houses in the area and made a handful of arrests.

They've also identified problems with homeless people, vacant lots with overgrown weeds, and other violations of city ordinances.

Today, business owners and people who live in the area are invited to meet with police and city representatives about how to effectively clean things up.

The meeting is at 6pm on the 6th floor of City Hall at 1201 Leopard Street.
