Police Rush to Local Theater For Reports of a Man with a Gun

CORPUS CHRISTI -- Just over an hour ago police rushed to Starplex Movie Theaters for a report of a man with a gun inside a theater showing the moving Monsters Inc. in 3D.

Once there, officers evacuated all the theaters and checked inside, but never found the man or a weapon.

At one point, police were told the alleged shooter may have been an employee carrying a broom.

But right now, they're just not sure if that's the case.

Just a few minutes ago, police started letting people back into the theater.
