Police Raid Pipe Shop, Find Synthetic Pot

INGLESIDE -- Responding to complaints and mounting pressure from residents, police raided a pipe shop Friday night, seizing several bags of synthetic marijuana and more than 100 bongs and other drug paraphernalia.

Authorities arrested three men at the Half Pipe Skate & Stuff shop at 2170 State Highway 361. Two of the men, who police said are employees, are charged with delivery of a controlled substance, a felony.

Police raided the shop in February 2012 and seized similar illegal items. In October, the store was hit in a series of burglaries. Police said the burglars stole packets of synthetic marijuana.
