Police Looking for Other Suspects in Campus Assault

CORPUS CHRISTI - We have a follow-up on the investigation of the assault of a Cunningham Middle School student.

The cell phone video shows a female student threaten the victim, 13-year old Alyssa Gonzalez, then chase her down and beat her up in a field behind the school.

The girl who attacked Alyssa was suspended and CCISD police are looking at charging her with assault and making a terroristic threat.

Today, we also learned that they're trying to identify the student who recorded the incident on a cell phone, as well as the other students who watched the beating.

We're told all that information will be turned over to the District Attorney's office and it's possible those other students could faces charges.
