Police Arrest Man For Intoxication Assault Following Accident

Martinez Accused of Intoxication Assault - KZTV

CORPUS CHRISTI - A major accident on Old Brownsville Road at Horne sent four people to the hospital; two of them were children.

Police say the driver of a red Mitsubishi going south on Old Brownsville Road tried to take a left hand turn and hit a silver Durango going the opposite way.

A passenger in the red Mitsubishi had the worst injuries but police didn't specify how severe they were. They arrested the driver of the Mitsubishi for intoxication assault which is a felony.
