Pistorious' Attorneys File Appeal

PRETORIA -- Lawyers for paralypmic star Oscar Pistorius filed an appeal for the sprinter.

His lawyers argue that evidence in his murder trial case shows he is not a flight risk and should have the option of traveling outside of the country.

Pistorius is accused of intentionally shooting and killing his girlfriend on Valentine's Day.

He claims he mistakenly shot his girlfriend, model Reeva Steenkamp.
