CORPUS CHRISTI - The man killed at a business on Ayers early Saturday morning had a history of domestic disturbances and a restraining order against him.
The medical examiner says Anthony Vina, 34, died from multiple gunshot wounds. We're told the Vina went to Act Fast Delivery around 7:30 a.m. Saturday to speak with his wife.
Police say he got into a fight and was shot by 28-year-old Juan Perez, an employee at the business.
The victim's body was face up with feet towards the door after the shooting. The front door is shattered, plus there's a bullet hole in a smaller window next to the door.
Perez called 911 to report the shooting. He's charged with murder.
People who work in the area tell us they've seen the victim fighting with his wife several times. They also say Perez is not a violent person.
