CORPUS CHRISTI - A man who's served the citizens of Nueces County was recognized today for his great dedication and service as he enters retirement.
Assistant Chief Deputy Pete Peralta was awarded a certificate of recognition by Nueces County Judge Loyd Neal today.
Neal, along with members of the board spoke highly of the dedication, commitment and longevity that Peralta has shown over his last 31 years of service.
Peralta was also presented with a watch and says he will certainly miss everyone he's worked with over the years.
