CORPUS CHRISTI -- Corpus Christi police say a woman hit a pedestrian walking in a crosswalk at Greenwood and Tarlton this afternoon.
Officers say the woman -- driving the car -- didn't see the 33 year old female pedestrian because another car blocked her view.
The pedestrian saw the driver though and backed out of the way, but she was still hit.
Police say she received minor injuries to her shoulder and knee.
The driver got a ticket for failing to yield the right of way.
