Park Murder Suspect Indicted Two Years Later

CORPUS CHRISTI - A grand jury has indicted Trinity Ringlestein for capital murder, murder, aggravated assault, and criminal mischief related to the killing of a man at South Bay Park two years ago.

Witnesses told police the victim, Micah Horn, was dumped out of a truck and left to die at the park on July 21, 2012. Horn was shot multiple times.

Later that night, police tracked down Ringlestein at an apartment complex on the other side of town.

A trial date has not been set.
