CORPUS CHRISTI - A 19-year-old man serving four years probation for breaking into a home now has his driver's license returned.
Austin Pacheco plead guilty to burglary charges filed against him last year.
Pachecho and three other teens broke into a home on Sam Street.
The homeowner shot Pacheco in the stomach.
Today his attorney reported to Judge Nanette Hasette that he's been compliant with conditions and asked her to return his license.
Pacheco got his license back before leaving court.
