Overnight Crash Sends Three Children to Hospital and Two to Jail.

CORPUS CHRISTI- Three children are seriously hurt after a car crash, now, their mother and her boyfriend are in jail facing charges.

Police investigators say Kimberly Gonzalez was driving the family's SUV with her three children when she began arguing with her passenger.
That's when police say her passenger, Daniel Rivera, grabbed and jerked the steering wheel, causing it to crash on the Crosstown Expressway near Morgan around four this morning.
The woman's three children, a 6 and 7 year old and a 10 month old were taken to the hospital with life-threatening injuries.
Police say Gonzalez was drinking and driving, she was taken to jail on three counts of intoxication assault.
Rivera was taken to jail on three counts of endangering a child and three counts of injury to a child.
