Our 4th Of July Weather Couldn't Be Much Better

CORPUS CHRISTI- A weak area of low pressure in the upper atmosphere in the western Gulf will produce a little atmospheric instability resulting in isolated showers the next couple of days. Our winds will remain unusually light through Sunday afternoon making for pretty waters in the bays and gulf and excellent beach conditions for the holiday weekend. The winds do pick up to breezy but not until next week.

Happy 4th!

Today we will have considerable sunshine light winds hot and humid with isolated showers (on the coast in the morning, inland during the afternoon) and a high of 95.

Tonight the weather will be great to view fireworks with a gentle breeze and fair skies temperatures will eventually drop to a low of 72.

Saturday expect isolated showers again remaining hot and humid with mostly sunny skies and very light winds with a high again of 95.

Sunday will be sunny and a little hotter with a high of 96.

Arthur continues to move northward along the northeastern Atlantic coast after making landfall thursday night along the outer banks of North Carolina with 100 mph winds.
