Organ Donor Dash

CORPUS CHRISTI -- A race took place downtown this morning to bring light to the subject of organ, tissue, blood and bone marrow donation.

People paid $35 to run or walk in the Organ Donor Dash that began at Brewster Street Icehouse.

You could also sign up to be a donor and take part in a silent auction.

Money from the event goes to organ donation education and the Coastal Bend Transplant Support Group.
