Orange Grove Child Dies in Driveway Accident

No Charges In Death Of Orange Grove Toddler - KZTV

ORANGE GROVE - No charges will be filed in connection with yesterday's accident in Orange Grove that left an 18-month-old girl dead.

The chief of police tells us Jelena Garza died as a result of severe head injuries she received when a family member backed up over her.

The accident happened in front of the girl's home on Armstrong Drive. Police say she wandered out of her home because the front door was left open due to the cooler weather.
