CORPUS CHRISTI - One of the men police say was involved in a road rage crash along Old Brownsville Road Tuesday is out of the hospital.
Police say a van occupied by two men, clipped a black car causing it to go off the road. But the driver of the van ended up losing control, rolled it over forcing one man to be thrown out.
Police say it all stemmed from an argument at a corner store on Agnes and Brownlee.
One man was discharged, but the other remains hospitalized.
Police are not releasing their names, but say when they recover, they could face aggravated assault charges for clipping the car.
