Olivarez Sentenced for Aggravated Sex Assault of Child

CORPUS CHRISTI - Manuel Olivarez was sentenced to 180 days in jail and 10-years probation today after he pled guilty to aggravated sexual assault with a child.

According to Nueces County court documents, Olivarez and the minor were caught by a mall security guard kissing in the La Palmera parking lot.

The documents go on to state the girl told police the two met online and she admitted to performing oral sex on Olivarez about three times after they met.
