Armed Man Threatens To Shoot Police In Standoff - KZTV

CORPUS CHRISTI - A possible standoff situation is developing on Holmes Dr. between McArdle and Mt. Vernon involving Corpus Christi police.

Officers have tasers drawn on a man seen screaming from the home. Our reporter heard the man screaming "I'm going to kill you" at officers. We're also hearing the man is armed with a handgun and is threatening to harm himself.

A crying little boy was able to get out of the home and is now in the back of a police car.

No comment from officers on what's started the situation.
