CORPUS CHRISTI -- Former Del Mar College nursing students will be in Judge Galvan's court this morning at 9:00 a.m.
The former students claim that after rumors of possible cheating on an exam all the nursing students had to take another test.
They say the results of that one test determined whether they graduated.
Some of the former students say they did not graduate, despite good grades all semester. They say that additional testing was not fair.
