SAN FRANCISCO (AP) - There's no indication in cockpit voice recordings that the jetliner that crashed in San Francisco was having any problems until moments before impact. That's according to National Transportation Safety Board chief Deborah Hersman who says the pilots were flying too slowly on approach, triggering a stall warning, and then tried to abort the landing seconds before crashing.
