ORANGE GROVE - A family of 7 will stay with relatives as they work to get back on their feet after a devastating fire destroyed their home on CR 350 in Orange Grove.
The grandmother pulled all 5 of her grandchildren to safety after the blaze started at the front of the home. The children were not injured, but the grandmother did suffer burns to her hands. She was treated by paramedics at the scene.
The fire was put out rather quickly by fire crews, but it was too late to save anything from the home. All they have left is the clothes on their backs.
A witness tells us the grandmother, lives in the home with her own daughter and her five children.
