CORPUS CHRISTI- We had only a few isolated thundershowers today with one in particular producing heaving rain and small hail from south of George West to Refugio. Temperatures were a little lower but are about to get much cooler. Here is the detailed forecast.
Unfortunately the upper level disturbance causing all the rain in central Texas last night and east Texas this morning stayed just a little north of most of the Coastal Bend and as a result so did most of the badly needed rain. Chilly Rocky Mountain high pressure will settle into the area and bring beautiful weather thru Saturday morning before wind and humidity return.
Tonight expect gradually clearing skies breezy and noticeably cooler with a low of 54.
Thursday will be terrific with sunny skies a light northerly breeze less humid and a high of 77.
Temperatures will drop into the low 50's Thursday night.
Friday will be fantastic with sunshine low humidity and light winds with a high near 80.
