PYONGYANG, NORTH KOREA -- Satellite imagery suggests that North Korea repaired flood damage at its nuclear test facility.
Experts say the repairs mean North Korea can now conduct a quick atomic explosion at any time.
The west is bracing for the possibility that if the north is punished for a successful long-range rocket launch earlier this month the country's next step might be its third nuclear test.
North Korea is thought to have enough plutonium for a handful of crude atomic bombs, and unveiled a uranium enrichment facility in 2010.
