CORPUS CHRISTI - Jurors deciding the punishment for a teen who plead guilty to kidnapping and sexually assaulting an 11 year old girl saw his interview with police this afternoon.
Jacob Musich, 19, told an officer he and two friends grabbed the girl and took her to the beach. In the interview he said she kept asking for him to let her out of the SUV and added "I raped her." The officer asked, "why would you want to have sex with her?" He replied, "I guess I'm just perverted."
Musich plead guilty just before testimony was set to get underway in his trial today.
A judge ruled Musich would be tried separately from Colton Visor and Eric Dimick.
Police say the girl was walking with a young family member when she was snatched off Braesvalley Drive last December. After an intensive search of the southside of Corpus Christi and Padre Island she called for help from a good samaritan's cell phone.
The person who found her said she was walking along Park Rd 22 when he noticed her.
All three of the defendants were arrested based on information from one of their friends.
