Murder Suspect Remains In Jail Despite Lowered Bond

ALICE - A judge recently reduced the bond for a man accused of murder and it outraged the victim's family.

Officials at Jim Wells County Jail said 42-year-old Juan Laureles is still in jail even though a judge lowered his bond from $1,000,000 to $50,000. He is accused of killing Erasmo Luna in August. In an emotional interview, the victim's sister said she wants Laureles to suffer and go to prison for the rest of his life.
