Multi-Million Dollar Suit Against Exxon

KINGSVILLE - Over in Kleberg County, opening arguments were heard in a multi-million dollar suit against Exxon.

A man named Francisco Garza says he was crushed between a truck and a trailer two years ago while working on the King Ranch. Garza is suing Exxon, the truck driver and the company that owns the truck for negligence.

In his suit, Garza says that accident that left him confined to a wheel chair could have been prevented. He's suing for almost $40 million.
