Moving Dispute Between Roommates Leads to Stabbing

CORPUS CHRISTI- A fight between two roommates leads to a stabbing on the city's south side.

Police say a disagreement over moving arrangements sparked the fight.
It started around 8pm Sunday evening in 1200 block of Bernice Drive, near Airline and McArdle.
Officers say the 23 year old man stabbed his 25 year old roommate several times in the stomach.

The suspect tried to get away, but cops caught up with him a few blocks from the house.
The victim was taken to the hospital with serious injuries.
The suspect faces charges of aggravated assault .
