Motorcyclist Killed In Beeville Accident

Fatal Accident in Beeville

BEEVILLE -- One person is dead after an accident on US 181 in Beeville around 7:30 this morning.

A Department of Public Safety trooper said a truck going northbound drifted into the southbound lane.

Then, to avoid the crash, a man driving a van in that lane swerved into the northbound lane where he collided head-on with a motorcycle.

The man driving the motorcycle died in the accident.

He was 42-year-old Randolph Bishop from Beeville.
