CORPUS CHRISTI - A mother and her two young children are lucky to escape serious injury after a rollover accident this morning on SPID.
The woman told police she was heading east on SPID near Carroll Lane around 8:30 this morning, when she passed out, drove off the freeway and through the embankment then rolled her SUV one time and came to rest right side up in a church parking lot.
The woman came to, got herself out of the SUV, and was already walking around when police arrived on the scene.
A three year old child in the SUV had a few cuts from the shattered glass.
A two month old baby on board wasn't injured, but all three of them were taken to the hospital to be checked out.
