Most Wanted Criminal Caught in a Kingsville Hotel

KINGSVILLE - A most wanted criminal is off the streets thanks to the work of the Kingsville Police Department.
This morning officers arrested Gilbert Espinoza at a Kingsville hotel. He was number one on the Kleberg County most wanted fugitive list. He had avoided capture in the past by hiding out at different locations.
Espinoza is charged with theft, burglary of a coin operated machine, two counts of theft of property and unlawful use of a criminal instrument.
