CORPUS CHRISTI- There's a round of showers and thunderstorms this Sunday morning ahead of the cold front. Quarter to three quarters of an inch of rain for many in the Coastal Bend.
This afternoon still hot with high near 103. Record high for today is 98 set in 2009. Isolated showers/thunderstorms scheduled with the heating of the day. Wind: SE 10-15mph.
Tonight still chance of shower/thunderstorms with cold front moving through. Lows in the 70s. Wind: S/N 5-10mph.
Monday isolated showers as front fizzles out in our area.
Tuesday through Independence Day and Friday will be mostly sunny and seasonable with lows in the 70s and highs in the 90s.
