CORPUS CHRISTI- There is little change in our very hot dry weather pattern over the next several days. However the winds will increase and be pretty windy most of next week beginning on Monday. Temperatures will not only be hot but well above normal for this time of August.
The tropics are quiet in the Atlantic basin.
Today and Sunday expect considerable sunshine rather breezy very humid and blistering hot with a record high today of 100 and 99 tomorrow. The heat index will top out each afternoon in the danger zone between 108 and 122 degrees.
Tonight will be mainly clear warm and stuffy with a low of 79.
Enjoy your weekend and make sure you beat the heat and don't let the heat beat you.
