CORPUS CHRISTI - More showers will dot the landscape as we get a significant break in the summer heat. The shower activity will become more isolated today with a general "drying" trend into the rest of the week. Rain fall total have been impressive with 2.83 reported at Ingleside, Alice 1.94 and Rockport 3.60. By Tuesday drier air moves in from the north reducing out rain chance for the rest of the week. You can't rule out a couple of sea breeze showers through Thursday. Hot and humid for the rest of the week. Highs today low 90's. Highs for the rest of the week moving up into the mid 90's.
