CLEVELAND, Ohio - Police say the body of missing 3-year-old Cleveland, Ohio boy Emiliano Terry was found in trash bags at the Waste Management recycling center in Oakwood.
During a 9:45 p.m. press conference Monday at the Justice Center, police said they have arrested Emiliano's mother, Camilia, and she is being held in jail.
The discovery of Emiliano's body was made about 4 p.m. Monday. The Cuyahoga County Medical Examiner's Office will perform an autopsy Tuesday morning to determine the cause of death.
Camilia Terry's other two children are now in the custody of Cuyahoga County Children & Family Services.
