Officials Identify Man Hit by Train on Thanksgiving - KZTV

CORPUS CHRISTI - The Nueces County Medical Examiner has identified 44-year-old Edward Lopez as the man struck and killed by a train in Calallen on Thanksgiving morning.

Police say the victim was wearing headphones while walking on the tracks near Sharpsburg Road. Lopez had his back towards the train and did not move when the train engineer sounded the horn.
