CORPUS CHRISTI - Today at Martin Middle School a six week program geared to get students and parents to start thinking about college got underway. This is the first program of it's kind in the corpus christi area. The goal is to provide middle school students and their parents with information about college and try to hopefully create a culture of attending college here in the coastal bend.
Leonard Rivera, Director of off campus programs said, "What we want at the conclusion of our program our main focus is that everyone has a clear understanding of what it is to go to college the process that is involved in going to college."
