Man Slashed In The Throat Can't Talk To Police

CORPUS CHRISTI -- Police say someone slashed a man's throat so bad, he couldn't even tell them what happened.

The stabbing happened late last night during a fight at a motel on Leopard.

Officers say the victim -- a known gang member in his 30's -- went into surgery for his wounds and is in critical condition tonight.

Detectives have limited information on what happened because the victim's throat was slashed and he couldn't really talk.

Police believe at least two men were involved in the stabbing.

But so far, no suspects have been arrested.
