CORPUS CHRISTI - A man who got in an argument over another man's girlfriend was shot in both legs near the intersection of Greenwood and S. Padre Island Drive around midnight.
Police say the victim got into an argument with the man inside Rack Daddy's that continued outside. As the victim walked away with a friend the suspect shot at him but missed.
A gold SUV the drove up and blocked the victim's escape. The shooter fired again hitting the victim in both legs with one bullet.
The unidentified 28-year-old man was rushed to Christus Spohn Memorial.
The suspect is described as a 28-year-old Hispanic male, 5'8" feet tall, and weighing 250 lbs. He was last seen wearing a white shirt and long dark shorts. He was last seen leaving in a gold SUV.
