Man Beaten With Bat After Asking For Change

CORPUS CHRISTI - Police arrested a man who reportedly beat another guy with a club. Police arrested the clerk at a store called One Market #2.

A 25-year-old man said he went to the drive through window and asked to exchange money for loose change. He told police an argument erupted between his self and the clerk and then said the clerk bashed him several times with a wooden club. After reviewing surveillance tape from the store, police arrested 29-year-old Nicolas Trevino for aggravated assault.
