CORPUS CHRISTI - A second man is behind bars, on a $100,000 bond, in connection with a fatal stabbing in Flour Bluff.
Police say Marty Warford faces murder charges in the death of 24-year-old Samuel Moore, last Tuesday night.
His arrest, on Friday, came on the same day that another suspect was charged with the same murder. You may recall, Mark Baker was arrested on Wednesday, after an eyewitness picked his picture out of a lineup. The District Attorney dropped charges against Baker and he was released from custody.
Court records show Warford was convicted of burglary and possession of drugs in 2010. He was sentenced to 8 years in prison but released on parole in 2011.
