Man About To Be Questioned For Bee County Rancher's Murder Commits Suicide

BEE COUNTY - A man committed suicide just as he was about to be questioned in the murder of Bee County rancher Brien Hickman.
Deputies had gone to the Hickman home on Tuesday to question a relative of Hickman's identified as Mike Stuart.
Bee County Sheriff Carlos Carrizales says deputies heard a gunshot from inside the home and found Stuart had shot himself to death.
Hickman was found shot to death in the entrance to his ranch back on September 26th.
The sheriff wouldn't tell us if Stuart was a suspect or if his department was still looking for suspects.
He also wouldn't say how Stuart was related to the murdered rancher.
The sheriff says this investigation is still on going.
