SAN PATRICIO COUNTY - A multi-car crash north of Gregory caused a stop to traffic at FM 136 and FM 188 after the t-bone crash. State troopers say the driver of a pickup is now under investigation for suspicion of DWI.
They say he ran the stop sign at the intersection and slammed into a sedan. That impact caused the sedan to hit another car.
Authorities called for help from Halo Flight and several ground ambulances as they worked to free at least one person trapped in the wreckage.
The man in the Chevy sedan was the only person injured in the crash. Authorties did not release how badly he was hurt.
