Macias Indicted for Murder

CORPUS CHRISTI - Jose Angel Macias Jr., 18, is now formally charged with murder after police say he shot another man in front of a gas station last month.

Macias reportedly shot Casimiro Adan Guerra III after arguing outside the Stripes in the 6000 block of Ayers Street. The 21-year-old died in the hospital.

Store surveillance video shows Macias and another man inside the store just before the shooting.

According to court documents, the man with Macias told police the shooting happened after a drug deal went bad.
