Loud Music Draws Officer's Unwanted Attention

CORPUS CHRISTI - A woman who was blasting her car stereo while driving through a neighborhood is probably wishing she hadn't called so much attention to herself.

33-year old Angela Hernandez was pulled over last night by a police officer who could hear her car stereo from more than 100 feet away.

That's when Hernandez's night began to hit some sour notes.

First, the officer discovered she was driving with a suspended license. Then he spotted some suspicious bags which turned out to contain a little more than half an ounce of cocaine.

Hernandez was arrested for drug possession and for driving without a valid license. Her rolling boombox was impounded.
