NEW ORLEANS -- The man who police say killed a local marine will be sentenced in a New Orleans court this afternoon.
A jury convicted Melvin Clay of 2nd degree murder and obstruction of justice this past December.
Clay stabbed Ryan Lekosky to death in the French Quarter after he and his wife left a military ball in New Oleans in October of 2010.
Clay is expected to get life in prison without the possibility of parole.
